As you can see, after a asking the County to address this issue of the traffic bollards to be sorted, the county has obliged. The body of the bollard has been replaced and other work is being carried out next week to reinstate fully what a car accident brought about.

I think the lesson here is, if at first you don't succeed, try and try again, and it pays off.

I also believe this goes for the other broken bollard, although at the time of writing I've not seen this myself as I forgot to look at it as I cycled past.
