More action achieved

I wished I had a before picture of this. However, trust me this piece of land at the bottom of Garstang Road South where it joins Segar street has been litter picked and the litter bin outside the Stanley Arms has also been emptied following an intervention from myself.

I will continue to get Wesham cleaned up to the best of my ability, even if I have to do it myself, and on that note I've asked for a litter picker and some black bags from the council.
